Shipping policy

Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process before they reach the post office, after which domestic UK shipping takes 2 to 5 days and international shipping several weeks depending on your location.

goatPIERROT.com ships orders fully insured through Royal Mail, tracking included.  Once your order is packed and dropped in the mailbox, no amendments can be made to the destination address or contents.

Keep in mind that your country may charge a customs fee on orders shipping from the UK. You may be required to pay this tax to your country's customs authorities before receiving your package.

U.S. Duties: As of August 29th, 2025, the U.S. government has put a 10% duty rate on any products sent from the United KIngdom to the Unites States.

I ordered internationally and my order has still not arrived?

International orders can take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to arrive, and in some cases longer. 

When you check the tracking, if the package is marked as “in-transit,” it means that it’s still moving through the system and is not lost.
