This doll was completed in September of 2022 and is the smallest bunny I have yet made.

Needle felting is a very slow and laborious process, especially when working with very soft, fine, fibers like Merino - this piece took most of a day to complete.

The process ends with burning away most of the loose hairs with a hot metal rod, which results in a smooth but still soft and fuzzy finish.

Material: Merino wool, in black and natural undyed white.
Process: Needle felted.

Needle-felted works are very sturdy in many ways, but quite delicate in others! Please read on to find out how to keep your new piece in the best condition possible.

Spot clean only, please!
Washing machines will cause irreparable changes to the fibers.

Be wary of pets!
Many a good art doll has been mailed in for repairs after being snagged by a dog or cat.

Best if kept away from backpacks, dirt, etc
While it looks like a toy, this is a soft sculpture and is not meant to be excessively handled.

Not intended for children under the age of fourteen
This piece is a soft sculpture art doll and has not been tested to meet toy safety standards put in place by ASTM F963-17
