"This piece features three Holsomclowns - a kind of species that has appeared in my works since early 2018, first in the "Holsomclown + Child series" and whose face now acts as the goatPIERROT logo.
To tell a true Holsomclown apart from the imposter, look at the legs - a real Holsomclown has none. His wispy umbilical stalk will always trail out of the frame.
What does this stalk connect to?
Scientists don't have an answer yet, but philosophers have theories."

Technical:
This 6x8 cradled birchwood panel was sized on all sides using an acrylic polymer base (GAC-100), for resistance to warping and for proper adhesion of the ground. Gamblin Oil Ground was then thinly applied and allowed to dry over the course of several layers.
